T’ai Chi Ch’uan is an ancient Chinese mind-body practice to improve health of mind and body through relaxation and body movement. It is practiced in communities throughout the world and is known to reduce stress and improve health.
The majority of modern T’ai Chi styles practiced in America today are modifications from what is known as the Classical form, and are referred to as the Common, Peoples, or Public form. If you are new to T’ai Chi, come and be introduced to this ancient and traditional T’ai Chi style. If you are already a student of T’ai Chi, you are invited to deepen and explore your knowledge further.
“T’ai-Chi can help you manage and reduce stress, improve your mood, including depression and anxiety, and may help you soften unhealthy, overly aggressive behaviors by increasing your self-awareness and promoting a balanced lifestyle.”
