T'ai Chi Ch'uan Classes


River Valley T'ai Chi classes are based on traditional teachings passed down from teacher to student through an established lineage.

All classes begin with warmups and Qigong energy moving exercises. In addition to T’ai Chi Ch'uan, other internal eastern martial arts modalities will be explored. In order to receive the maximum health benefits of T’ai Chi Ch’uan, John emphasizes the importance of relaxation, proper body posture, breathing, and accurate body mechanics in his teaching.
