Classical T'ai Chi Ch'uan


River Valley T'ai Chi classes are based on traditional teachings passed down from teacher to student through an established lineage.

Each class begins with warmups and Qigong energy moving exercises. In addition to T’ai Chi Ch'uan, other internal eastern martial arts modalities will be explored. In his teaching, John emphasizes the importance of relaxation, proper body posture, breathing, and accurate body mechanics in order to receive the maximum health benefits of T’ai Chi Ch’uan.

Group Class: Monday evenings - Currently on hold.

Private Class: Thursday evenings, Saturday mornings, and Mondays.
